Very impressed with their customer service and turn around time for my project. Granted, it was only 2 small 3/4" x 6" plates to go onto a couple clock bases, but they actually came in a day earlier than expected. They even affixed the plates to the bases for me as part of the included service. In addition, they verified my spelling was correct, had me check it beforehandand if they had questions, they asked first! I will definitely be using them in the future for other work of this nature!
